What is Stikets?
Stikets is a business that was born when a Mum noticed a problem with belongings getting lost and decided to look for a solution. That’s where their name tag stickers, hanging loops and iron on labels came in. Since 2010, Stikets has grown and expanded their range to provide a simple and reliable solution to families.
Their most popular items are their clothing labels and name stickers. These are perfect if you have a child at school or nursery to ensure they don’t lose their belongings. I’ll definitely be purchasing some for Stanley when he goes to nursery! But…they’re not the only products they sell!
When I saw the growth charts at Stikets I loved them instantly. There is a large variety of designs to choose from and the best part? They can be personalised! The growth charts are wall stickers that can be placed on any flat, dry surface and come as 4 separate stickers to build the chart.
My Opinion on the Stikets Growth Chart…
I was so excited when my package arrived, I couldn’t wait to see what the chart looked like. It arrived well packaged so I had no worry that it might have been damaged during delivery.
As soon as I opened it, I could see the quality of the item. I had half expected a normal sticker, but it is actually a fabric type sticker. It’s thick and genuinely really good quality.
The printing of the design was flawless, and I loved the personalisation! I always love anything that has Stanley’s name on it!!
Putting the chart up…
I was nervous about this part I won’t lie! But because the stickers are such good quality I wasn’t concerned about them ripping or creasing!
The first sticker was pretty easy to get on, and again, because the sticker is thick and good quality I was able to remove it if needed and reapply. It smoothed out nicely with no bubbles or creases.
The other stickers were quite tricky to add however. Because it needs to be lined up perfectly (or the line that flows up doesn’t connect right) it was quite difficult to get in the right spot. This was mostly because the panels are quite large. It did take me a few attempts to get the stickers where I wanted them. However, it wasn’t a major issue again because of the quality of the stickers. They didn’t lose their ‘stick’ even when I removed them a few times to try and reposition them. A useful tip would definitely be to leave the backing on the majority of the sticker and just reveal a small section until that’s lined up properly. Then you can smooth the rest out.
How it looks…
I’m so pleased with how the chart looks! It’s really added something to this little corner of his nursery. The design is just beautiful.
Stanley clearly thinks so too! He’s barely left it alone since it went up – he points to it and shouts “star” which is just super cute!
If you like the look of this chart, you can get your own here, or check out their amazing name stickers too if your little one is at school or nursery! AND….if you head over to my Instagram page, I will be running a competition where you could win a growth chart of your own! Don’t miss out! Make sure to let me know if you’re going to enter!
