Tomato and garlic pulled chicken…

Another great recipe that Stanley loved! And even better, it’s another simple one!!

You’ll need:

  • 50g diced onions
  • 50g sweetcorn
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 small chicken breast

How to make it:

  1. Steam the chicken until thoroughly cooked throughout.
  2. In a saucepan, fry off the onions in a little oil.
  3. Add the tomatoes, sweetcorn and mixed herbs and cook on a medium heat for around 8 minutes until the the veg is all nice and soft.
  4. Shred the chicken with a fork and add to the sauce. I added a splash of water to the sauce as it was a bit thicker than I wanted it. Simmer for a couple of minutes just to warm the chicken through.

Perfect served with pasta or rice!

Are there any recipes people would like to see? If you try this let me know how you get on and whether your little people like it as much as Stanley did!!
